this place is a real flower palace

let me tell you about the pickup they organized for us, bruno was a total star. he met us at baggage claim, helped with our bags, and gave us a car tour on the way to the hotel. he took a different route to the airport when we left and showed us even more awesome stuff. the hotel staff, especially ricardo, were also super friendly and helpful.

the heating, though! it just didn't work. it was super cold all night. plus, the room had this weird smell like it had been closed up for ages. it was a little unsettling, i gotta say.

The suite has a very spacious layout and thoughtful decor, with vibrant colors. all corners have unique art. This really feels like an art museum. windows offer plenty of natural light and air circulation.

i enjoyed my time. the suite was decorated beautifully! the bed and pillows provided very nice comfort. the view from the window was lovely, and the room maintained a peaceful quiet.

the location is excellent, close to many important landmarks and attractions. it is perched at the top of a hill in chiado near the waterfront and train station. local amenities and sites are all in close proximity.

the staff was friendly and provided genuine, really good customer service. they assisted with hiring a tuk-tuk driver and helped with navigating points of interest. sandra was particularly lovely and gracious.

the location worked well. it was close to a metro station AND eateries. i liked the quirky decor and restful areas to relax.

the room i paid for, IT was smaller than the photo i saw when i booked. there was minimal floor space around the beds. the bathroom seemed like a cupboard.

I was thrilled by the breakfast setup. It was magazine-worthy. the decor was fun and amazing. the location made it easy to get around, too. the staff was friendly, and i loved being escorted to the hotel after check-in.

my room lacked a refrigerator, inconvenient. the soundproofing was not great. i could clearly hear sounds from neighboring rooms and the hallway. i could hear shower sounds.

The staff provided excellent assistance with our luggage upon arrival. The breakfast offered a generous selection of fresh pastries and fruits each morning (the orange juice was a particular highlight). The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore many attractions. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel.

I could hear some street noise during the night, but it was not overly disruptive.
